DarRent: rental contracts, rent and cheques in one place
A Windows app for landlords and real-estate offices in Qatar. Every property, tenant, contract, rent payment, cheque, deposit and repair in one place, with email reminders before anything is due.
Who is it for? Individual landlords, real-estate offices managing properties for several owners, and companies renting out shops, offices and warehouses.
What it does
- Properties: units, Kahramaa electricity and water numbers, photos, documents and contract history.
- Tenants: ID, phones, documents and full history; search in English or Arabic and export to Excel.
- Contracts: automatic numbering, 6, 12 or 24 months, rent, payment frequency and deposit. Renew, terminate and track balances and expiry.
- Rent receipts: cash, cheque, transfer or card, printed like your receipt book and continuing its numbers, with the amount in English and Arabic words.
- Cheque register: add 12 post-dated cheques in one go, attach photos, track pending, cleared and bounced cheques.
- Deposits and refunds: deposit receipts, charges such as Kahramaa bills or damages, and refund vouchers with deductions.
- Maintenance log: every repair under its property, with cost, who paid, and an option to charge the tenant.
- Your own Word contract: upload your contract and DarRent fills in tenant, property, dates and rent automatically. Two ready templates are included.
- Email alerts: reminders 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before contracts end, and before cheques fall due.
- Reports and backup: rent roll, outstanding balances, cheques, vacant properties and more, with Excel export and an automatic daily backup.
- English and Arabic: switch the whole app to Arabic with one click.
How to get DarRent
- Contact us at [email protected] and tell us how many computers you need. We'll send prices and license options (monthly or yearly).
- Install the DarRent installer on your Windows computer, or let us install it for you.
- Send your Machine ID, shown by DarRent on first launch.
- Activate: paste the license key you receive and press Activate.
One license works on one computer.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit).
- Microsoft Word or a compatible program to edit contract templates.
- Internet only for email alerts and AI translation. Your data stays on your own computer.
